Life is great . The rest are just details.
Sharing the good. The ordinary. The imperfect.

Happiness is a big topic. But what does it actual Happiness is a big topic.
But what does it actually mean?

We often think happiness is a destination..something we find after we achieve a massive goal.
But the truth is, we find happiness in the process.
In the little things that stack up over time (book recommendations: the slight edge)

For us, it’s exactly this: growing our olives during the year, putting in the hard work to harvest them by hand, and finally holding the result, this delicious olive oil, in our hands. 💚

Every single olive we picked was a tiny, seemingly insignificant action. But stacked together day after day, season after season, they creat this liquid gold every year.

That’s the beauty of life: real joy isn’t in the trophy at the end. Right? It’s in the rhythm of the work, the patience, and the daily connection to what we love.
Happiness is built in the simple things.

What small thing in your daily routine brought you joy today?
Let’s share some good vibes in the comments!

We just didn’t feel like sharing much.
Or consuming much, either.

Being present in life felt pretty good.
And we probably feel better than we ever have.

Enjoying life, building our business, and being present for all the ordinary days in between.

Here are a few snaps from our summer. ☀️

The Beautiful Life Comes With a Price .. .. It’s c The Beautiful Life Comes With a Price ..
.. It’s called work.

Before we made our dream a reality, one question came up immediately:
How do we earn money—and stay independent?

Because if you want to live somewhere else, and you don’t want to build a new dependency in a different country, you need something that gives you real freedom.

One of our biggest strengths has always been our work ethic. We do what has to be done—until it’s done.

Many people believe building this kind of life is an easy & quick thing. It isn’t❣️
Many people start something without understanding that this comes with responsibility.
They want the fast result - but not the learning part.

Yes, social media is full of people telling you: „Just sign up and your dream life begins.”
Honestly? That’s bullshit. No matter what you want to build, you have to work for it. And that does not always feel like a dream.

Entrepreneurial life means you are the one who has to push yourself. That’s a good thing ..
You are the one who is responsible, with or without motivation.

When we work with people, we teach skillset, mindset, and systems.
That is exactly what we learned ourselves while building the foundation for our life today.

We know what it takes because we lived it. And still do.
But one thing we cannot teach is work ethic. That part is on you.

And most of the time, that is the only thing standing between the life you have now, and the life you say you want.

That’s also why we love working with people who understand that deep inner desire for a different life.
Dreamers who are brave enough to actually do it.
Because yes, you can do it ❣️
And our wish for you is that you live the life you are dreaming about because you deserve it.

If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out.
Maybe we can help you build it too.
People think moving abroad starts with booking a f People think moving abroad starts with booking a flight. It doesn’t.

First comes excitement because we had finally made the decision.
And immediately after that… reality kicked in.
And with it, lots of questions (no surprise 😉)

Where do we want to move?
When?
How?
What about the house?
Where do we live in the new country?
What about income?

So here is exactly what we did:
First, we decided to stay in Europe.
Sunny country.
English-speaking.
Safe.
Good quality of life.
That led us to Malta 📍☀️

Before making the final decision, we booked a summer holiday there—to get a real feeling for the country.

After that, we knew: Let’s do it.
And from there, we became very practical.
We opened the calendar, chose our final moving month, and planned everything backwards from that date.

That changed everything because it helped us to get answers:
When would we sell our house?
Who would handle it?
What needed renovation first?
When would we tell family and friends?
What did we want to do one last time in our hometown?

This strategic plan helped us, and we stuck to it. Our calendar became our boss.

We sold nearly everything we had. And honestly, the space we created felt much needed.

People often ask us:
“Was it easy?”
Yes, and no.
Yes, because we had our dream in front of us every single day.
That part was exciting. And no, because not everyone understands your decision.

We heard things like:
“How can you do this to your family?”
“You’ll never sell your house.”
“This won’t work.”

And at our goodbye party, only 3 people showed up. That tells you a lot.

Painful?
Yes, and no.
Yes, because of course you wish it would be different.
But also no - because sometimes you realize you have simply outgrown your old circle.

And that’s part of growth too. Letting go. And welcoming people who fit into your life, and you into theirs.

So yes—it’s emotional. It’s a journey. And not everyone will understand your move. And that’s okay.

If we could give you one piece of advice: Build a friendship with change. Because that’s life.
Why We Chose This Life ☀️ Honestly, we could tell Why We Chose This Life ☀️
Honestly, we could tell you a fancy story crafted by AI… but let’s skip that part.

One lesson from Tony Robbins that stayed with us: Life is happening FOR us, not TO us.

And we truly live by that principle.
For a long time, we had this dream:
Living by the sea,
in the sun,
with more quality of life.

But at that time, we were not living a life where you could just pack your bags and move to the Mediterranean.

And at some point, we got very tired of only talking about our dream. We really wanted more.

So we asked ourselves one serious question:
„Are we doers — or are we just people who keep talking?“ That answer was clear ❣️

20 months later, we started our Mediterranean life in Malta ❤️

Of course, it wasn’t magic. It was a process.
With lots of excitement, and pain.

But the biggest process was actually doing it.
We strongly believe, if you REALLY want something, it is possible.

In a nutshell where we come from:

We were both born in Germany.
Nordish by nature ☺️

(hello to all our Hamburg and Bremen people 🙋‍♀️🫶 you rock)

What matters most to us:
Time with our family.
A positive and safe environment.
People who value growth, love, and supporting each other.

Welcome to our profile.
You’re invited to follow us.

Our goal is to inspire you, to take you with us to our sunny place, and to share how we built this life - just in case, you want that too. ☀️
Most people think they need to do massive things f Most people think they need to do massive things from the start to build a successful business.

Big moves.
Big launches.
Big breakthroughs.

But that’s not the case.

What actually works?
A few simple actions — repeated over and over again.

Success doesn’t come from complexity.
It comes from consistency.

• Showing up daily, even when you don’t feel like it
• Having real conversations with people — again and again
• Improving the same fundamentals instead of chasing the next tactic
• Doing the boring basics until they compound
(😘 make the boring exciting)

Your businesses don’t take off because the vision is too small.

Do the simple things more consistently.

Question for you to reflect on:
Which few actions, if repeated daily, would change your business?
Most people don’t fall short because they want too Most people don’t fall short because they want too little.
They don’t get as far as they want
because they avoid the one ingredient that makes progress possible:
Discipline.

Motivation is fleeting.
It feels good — but it’s unreliable.

Discipline, on the other hand, is a must-have.
It’s the secret sauce.
And that’s exactly why it works.

Discipline doesn’t mean being harsh.
It means taking yourself seriously.

It looks like this:
• Daily movement — even when it’s not a workout
• 30 minutes of reading instead of scrolling
• Consistently connecting with people, not only when you “feel like it”
• Doing the few essential things that actually move the needle in your business

Success isn’t created in big, one-time moments.
It’s built through consistent repetition.

Question for you to reflect on:
Where could a little more discipline quietly change a lot?

👉 Save this if it resonates — or share it with someone who needs the reminder.

Why ambition in teams often creates frustration A Why ambition in teams often creates frustration

Ambition sounds like a strong value.
Driven. Focused. Goal-oriented.

But in teams, ambition often turns into frustration.

Why?
Because ambition is something you want.
Responsibility is something you do.

Example:
Someone says they’re ambitious.
They talk about goals, plans, big visions.
But when it’s time to take consistent action, nothing happens.

You feel annoyed.
You push harder.
You start carrying more.

The real issue:
You’re expecting ambition —
but what you actually need is responsibility.

What to change:
	•	Stop listening to motivation.
	•	Start responding to action.
	•	Invest where responsibility is visible, not promised.

Ambition talks.
Responsibility moves.

Teams don’t grow from shared ambition.
They grow from shared responsibility
From “They don’t respect me” to “They’re showing m From “They don’t respect me” to “They’re showing me where they are.”

Feeling disrespected is painful.
Especially when you care, lead, and give your best.

But often, it’s not about respect.
It’s about different levels of responsibility and awareness.

Example:
You prepare a meeting.
Someone shows up late, distracted, or unprepared.
Your first thought: They don’t respect me.

The shift:
Instead of taking it personally, try this:
They’re showing me where they are right now.

That changes everything.

What to change:
	•	Stop interpreting behavior as a personal statement.
	•	Start reading it as information.
	•	Adjust your investment — not your self-worth.

Clarity replaces hurt.
Clarity is not harshness Many people avoid clarit Clarity is not harshness

Many people avoid clarity because they fear being cold or unkind.

But lack of clarity doesn’t create harmony.
It creates confusion and resentment.

Example:
Someone repeatedly asks for help but never takes action.
You explain again, soften the message, try to motivate.

Inside, frustration grows.

What to change:
	•	Say less, not more.
	•	Be clear once.
	•	Let behavior — not promises — guide your response.

Clarity doesn’t push people away.
It simply shows who is ready.

And that’s not harsh.
That’s honest leadership
